Job Requirements

  • minimum age 18
  • 3-6 months of relatable first-line supervisory experience
  • flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, holidays
  • tb clearance required
  • 0-1 year experience in food service or retail
  • ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move throughout shift
  • comfortable in cold environments such as walk-in fridge and freezer
  • basic math and computer skills including Microsoft and POS
  • ability to taste-test products for quality
  • cash handling and customer service skills preferred
  • food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • tech-savvy with smartphones, tablets, and POS systems
  • general knowledge of food industry or nutrition terms is a plus

Job Duties

  • lead shifts and manage the team during your shift
  • maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
  • resolve team challenges, supplier issues, and guest concerns
  • escalate issues to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager when necessary
  • ensure smooth store operations and guest satisfaction
  • open and close the store as a key holder
  • oversee compliance with food safety regulations
