Job Duties
- lead the store during shifts when general or assistant managers are absent
- maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
- motivate and manage team members to keep energy and productivity high
- resolve team, supplier, and guest issues effectively and efficiently
- identify and escalate problems to management as necessary
- ensure smooth operation of all store activities during the shift
- uphold company policies and promote a positive work environment
