Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work 20 to 40 hours per week
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and grow
- reliable transportation for commuting
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a supervisory or shift manager role
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
- knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- dependable and punctual
- basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- lead the team during shifts and maintain high energy
- ensure standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety are consistently met
- resolve operational problems including team challenges and supplier issues
- address guest concerns promptly and effectively
- escalate unresolved issues to General Manager or Assistant Manager
- open and close the store as a key holder
- support training and development of team members
