Job Requirements
- minimum age 18
- at least 3-6 months of first-line supervisory experience
- flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays
- TB clearance required
- 0-1 year experience in food service or retail
- ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move during shifts
- comfortable working in cold environments such as walk-in fridge/freezer
- basic math and computer skills including Microsoft and POS
- ability to taste-test products for quality
- cash handling and customer service skills preferred
- current food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- high school diploma or equivalent
- tech-savvy with smartphones, tablets, and POS systems
- general knowledge of food industry or nutrition terms a plus

Job Duties
- lead store operations during assigned shifts
- maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
- motivate and manage shift team members effectively
- address and resolve team, supplier, and guest issues
- escalate concerns to General or Assistant Manager when necessary
- oversee cash handling and ensure accurate transactions
- conduct taste tests to ensure product quality
