Job Requirements
- Ability to work shifts during various operating days and hours including opening, busy day parts and closing
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local sanitary, safety and health standards
- Compliance with HACCP standards
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage, cash handling and customer service
- Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- Ability to communicate comfortably with customers

- Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Understanding of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health regulations
Job Duties
- Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Assist AGM/GM in supervising day-to-day activities of associates within a defined restaurant or group of restaurants
- Participate in interview processes, provide input in hiring, and recommend termination, advancement or promotion to GM
- Assign work tasks, prepare schedules, ensure shifts are covered
- Ensure all associates take mandated rest breaks and meal periods
- Maintain cleanliness, stock, and visual appeal of display areas
- Check that equipment is in good working order
- Operate cash register and handle void transactions following cash handling policies
- Monitor compliance with wellness and safety procedures, report any safety concerns to GM
- Perform health and safety activities as specified
- Place orders, receive goods, and process invoices
- Ensure current contact information for all associates is maintained
