Job Requirements

  • Ability to work shifts during various operating days and hours including opening, busy day parts and closing
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local sanitary, safety and health standards
  • Compliance with HACCP standards
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage, cash handling and customer service
  • Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
  • Ability to communicate comfortably with customers

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years food and beverage experience
  • Minimum 2 years cash handling experience
  • Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health regulations

Job Duties

  • Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist AGM/GM in supervising day-to-day activities of associates within a defined restaurant or group of restaurants
  • Participate in interview processes, provide input in hiring, and recommend termination, advancement or promotion to GM
  • Assign work tasks, prepare schedules, ensure shifts are covered
  • Ensure all associates take mandated rest breaks and meal periods
  • Maintain cleanliness, stock, and visual appeal of display areas
  • Check that equipment is in good working order
  • Operate cash register and handle void transactions following cash handling policies
  • Monitor compliance with wellness and safety procedures, report any safety concerns to GM
  • Perform health and safety activities as specified
  • Place orders, receive goods, and process invoices
  • Ensure current contact information for all associates is maintained
