Job Requirements
- Ability to work shifts during various operating days and hours including opening, busy day parts, and closing
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety and health standards
- Understanding and compliance with HACCP standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience
- Minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- Comfortable conversing with customers
Job Duties
- Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists
- Assist AGM/GM in supervising day-to-day activities of associates
- Participate in interview process and provide input in hiring decisions
- Assign work tasks and prepare schedules ensuring shifts are covered
- Ensure associates take mandated rest breaks and meal periods
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of display areas
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order
- Operate cash register and manage cash handling while following policies
- Monitor compliance with wellness and safety procedures
- Perform Health and Safety activities as per Manager’s Guide
- Place orders, receive goods, and process invoices
- Maintain current contact information for all associates
