Job Requirements

  • Ability to work shifts during various operating days and hours each week including openings, busy day parts, and closings
  • knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards including HACCP compliance
  • ability to supervise and lead a restaurant team effectively
  • strong communication skills
  • willingness to work a varied and rotating schedule
  • must be able to perform physical tasks associated with a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience
  • minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen
  • ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents
  • comfortable conversing with customers

Job Duties

  • Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • assist the AGM/GM in managing by supervising day-to-day activities of associates within the restaurant
  • participate in the interview process and provide input on hiring and status changes
  • assign work tasks and prepare schedules ensuring shift coverage
  • ensure all associates take mandated rest breaks and meal periods
  • maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and visual appeal of display areas
  • ensure all equipment is in good working order
  • operate cash register and process voids following cash handling policies
  • monitor compliance with wellness and safety procedures and report concerns
  • perform all health and safety activities as specified
  • place orders, receive goods, and process invoices
  • maintain current contact information for all associates
