Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old with fluency in English
  • Certification in all stations per the DHC Training Program
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Able to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift 50-75 lbs
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Telephone or reliable communication method with supervisor and co-workers
  • Flexibility for opening and closing shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Excellent delegation, time management, and planning skills
  • Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a hot environment and in close quarters

Job Duties

  • Oversee the work of team members ensuring compliance with company standards and safety policies
  • Guide and train staff using the DHC Training Program and communicate training needs
  • Conduct operational checks and organize shift schedules assigning duties based on roles and skills
  • Manage attendance and punctuality of team members
  • Provide exceptional customer service including greeting guests, recording orders, serving food and beverages, and resolving complaints
  • Coordinate kitchen operations ensuring proper food preparation and equipment use
  • Manage cash drawers, prepare deposits, and adhere to food and cash control guidelines
  • Provide feedback to team members and maintain high productivity and morale
  • Train new and current staff and help create a positive and fun work culture
