Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year of restaurant work experience
  • proven leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced setting
  • strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • ability to give and receive direction
  • flexible work availability
  • willingness to travel to other Wendy's locations
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • ability to lift 25-50 pounds
  • ability to handle various weather conditions
  • capability to operate restaurant equipment and follow brand standards

Job Qualifications
