Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- Physical stamina to work 40-50 hours per week
- Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, and have close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision
- Occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fast food or restaurant supervision preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and understanding basic fractions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
- Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize waste and theft
- Assist in the supervision of food preparation, sales, and service
- Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
- Assist team members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
- Complete daily food preparation including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and rotating products
- Assist in daily and weekly paperwork
- Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep of store equipment and supplies
- Perform other related duties as required
