Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of restaurant work experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
  • Capacity to lift 25-50 lbs occasionally
  • Willingness to travel to multiple Wendy's locations
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
  • Commitment to following company food safety standards and guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of restaurant work experience
  • Prior leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Ability to give and receive direction effectively
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Some college or military experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant performance
  • Lead, manage, and train new team members to maintain high operational standards
  • Handle customer interactions professionally regardless of the situation
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and company policies
  • Manage team scheduling and availability to meet operational requirements
  • Maintain equipment usage in line with brand guidelines including register and grill operation
  • Travel to other Wendy's locations as needed to support team and operational needs
