Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of restaurant work experience
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Capacity to lift 25-50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to travel to multiple Wendy's locations
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
- Commitment to following company food safety standards and guidelines
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of restaurant work experience
- Prior leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to give and receive direction effectively
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college or military experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant performance
- Lead, manage, and train new team members to maintain high operational standards
- Handle customer interactions professionally regardless of the situation
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and company policies
- Manage team scheduling and availability to meet operational requirements
- Maintain equipment usage in line with brand guidelines including register and grill operation
- Travel to other Wendy's locations as needed to support team and operational needs
