Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent or GED required
- 5 years of food and beverage management experience, with 3 years in a supervisory capacity
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong POS operational and programming experience
- Knowledge of government health, hotel, or food service regulations
- Proficient in operational financial management accountability and budgeting

Job Duties
- Schedules, directs, supervises, trains, and develops Dragon Beaux staff
- Ensures compliance with all department and company sales, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and government rules and regulations
- Develops and maintains high standards of safety and sanitation
- Follows a requisition system for restocking the location by managing inventory and ordering food and beverages, equipment, and supplies
- Oversees food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food
- Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas
- Ensures employees comply with health and food safety standards and regulations
- Investigates and resolves complaints regarding food quality or service
- Schedules staff hours and assigns duties
- Maintains budgets and payroll records and reviews financial transactions
- Establishes standards for personnel performance and customer service
- Optimizes profits by controlling food and labor costs and expenses on a daily basis
- Ensures compliance with all department and company rules and regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and government rules and regulations
- Promotes positive public and employee relations
- Performs other duties as assigned
