This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee operating under the McDonald’s brand. The franchisee is a separate legal entity and employer from McDonald’s USA, licensed to use McDonald’s trademarks and products while managing its own employment processes independently. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 18 years of age
  • previous leadership experience preferred
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • ability to stand and move for long periods
  • must comply with food safety regulations
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • good organizational skills
