Job Requirements

- Previous management or supervisory experience advantageous
- Ability to manage a team effectively

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- Plan and monitor shift performance
- Take action to meet McDonald's standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate effectively with incoming shift managers
- Manage food safety and quality food production
