Job Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of fast-food experience and management or trainer experience
- You must be 18+ years or older, and valid driver's license
- Serve Safe Certificate
- Minimum 1-3 years of fast-food or QSR management or supervisory experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Working knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and shift operations
- Ability to coach and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Execute daily shift plans, including staffing, deployment, and readiness
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Monitor performance throughout the shift and take corrective action as needed
- Maintain high standards of quality food production and cleanliness
- Enforce cash-handling policies, security procedures, and opening/closing checklists
- Coach, train, and motivate crew members through hands-on leadership
- Address customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Ensure lobby, restrooms, kitchen, and service areas remain clean and organized
- Communicate clearly with the management team regarding shift outcomes and issues
- Act as a role model by leading with integrity, urgency, and teamwork
