Job Requirements
- minimum 18 years of age
- at least 2 years in quick-service restaurants as a team member or assistant manager
- basic knowledge of p and l and how to influence profitability
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- passion for guest service and building great teams
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong understanding of food safety and health inspection requirements
- open availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts

Job Duties
- keep inventory in check with daily, weekly, and monthly inspections
- place and receive truck orders
- track restaurant assets and ensure preventative maintenance
- maintain strict cash control and security procedures
- lead team to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
- ensure guest satisfaction
- coach shift coordinators and team members to build skills and confidence
- inspire crew to exceed performance goals
- direct team for accurate and efficient food preparation
- uphold cleanliness, safety, and brand consistency
