Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- at least 2 years in quick-service restaurants as a team member or assistant manager
- basic knowledge of P&L and how to influence profitability
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- passion for guest service and building great teams
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong understanding of food safety and health inspection requirements
- open availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- able to lift, move, and stack cartons up to 50 lbs
- able to stand and walk long periods
- able to climb stools or ladders and reach for items on shelves
- frequent bending, stooping, sweeping, and mopping
- exposure to fluctuating temperatures in cooking, cooler, and freezer areas

Job Duties
- Keep inventory in check with daily, weekly, and monthly inspections
- place and receive truck orders
- track restaurant assets and ensure preventative maintenance
- maintain strict cash control and security procedures
- lead team to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
- ensure every guest leaves satisfied
- coach shift coordinators and team members
- inspire crew to exceed performance goals
- direct food preparation to meet speed-of-service goals
- uphold cleanliness, safety, and brand consistency
