Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- At least 2 years in quick-service restaurants, as a team member or assistant manager
- Basic knowledge of profit and loss and how to influence profitability
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- A passion for guest service and building great teams
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong understanding of food safety and health inspection requirements
- Open availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts

Job Duties
- Keep inventory in check with daily, weekly, and monthly inspections
- Place and receive truck orders proficiently
- Track restaurant assets and ensure preventative maintenance
- Maintain strict cash control and security procedures
- Lead team to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Ensure every guest leaves satisfied
- Coach shift coordinators and team members to build skills and teamwork
- Inspire crew to exceed performance goals and operational standards
- Direct team for accurate and efficient food preparation while meeting speed-of-service goals
- Uphold Burger King's high standards for cleanliness, safety, and brand consistency
