Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • have one or more years of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
  • possess required documents and permits as per state and federal law
  • must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification
  • certified in Open/Close Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Customer Service Manager roles
  • able to multitask and provide sound direction
  • ability to work in fast-paced, noisy, and temperature-variable environments
  • able to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, and stooping
  • use of headset required
  • willing to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • one or more years of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience
  • candidates must be at least 18 years of age
  • possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law
  • certification or willingness to obtain ServSafe certification
  • certification in Open/Close Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Customer Service Manager positions
  • ability to multitask while maintaining composure
  • strong customer orientation focus
