Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment
  • flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to obtain food safety certification if not already certified

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • food safety certification preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Supervise shift including managing staff and handling customer inquiries
  • motivate and guide team to deliver exceptional service
  • interact with customers, take orders, and address concerns promptly
  • maintain high food safety standards and monitor food preparation
  • handle cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate records
  • track inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation
  • prepare shift reports including sales, labor costs, and incidents
  • train new team members on policies, procedures, and service standards
  • handle unexpected situations and resolve conflicts
  • ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and presentable
  • assist in promoting new menu items and promotions
