Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to obtain food safety certification if not already certified

- Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred
- ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- food safety certification preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Supervise shift including managing staff and handling customer inquiries
- motivate and guide team to deliver exceptional service
- interact with customers, take orders, and address concerns promptly
- maintain high food safety standards and monitor food preparation
- handle cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate records
- track inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation
- prepare shift reports including sales, labor costs, and incidents
- train new team members on policies, procedures, and service standards
- handle unexpected situations and resolve conflicts
- ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and presentable
- assist in promoting new menu items and promotions
