This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, managing the restaurant independently in all operational and employment matters. Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- plan for each shift and monitor performance
- take action to meet McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- communicate with next Shift Manager for shift preparation
- manage food safety and compliance
- oversee internal communication within the team
- manage inventory and supplies
- maintain daily restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
- schedule crew members efficiently
- train new and existing staff
- ensure quality food production
- provide exceptional customer service
- enforce safety and security protocols
