Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
- ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments like training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks, and report results
- oversee guest service including front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
- maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in kitchen operations
- manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew members
- motivate and recognize team members for performance and development
