Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
- Plan each shift and monitor team performance
- Ensure safety, security, and profitability standards are met
- Communicate with the next shift manager to enable smooth shift transitions
- Manage food safety, internal communication, and inventory
- Oversee daily maintenance, crew management, quality food production, customer service, scheduling, and training
