Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- prior leadership experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
- excellent customer service orientation
- ability to communicate effectively with teams
Job Qualifications
- previous leadership experience preferably in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- positive team player with flexibility in schedule
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- eligibility to work as a manager at 18 years or older
Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
- plan and manage each shift including monitoring performance and taking corrective action
- ensure compliance with food safety, safety, and security protocols
- manage inventory and daily maintenance tasks
- communicate effectively with next Shift Manager for proper shift transition
- schedule, train, and coach crew members to meet operational goals
