Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • One year of food service or supervisor experience
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Eligible to work in the country without restrictions
  • Good physical stamina for fast-paced restaurant work

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise restaurant staff during shifts
  • Ensure high-quality standards and southern-inspired hospitality
  • Monitor food preparation and service to maintain brand standards
  • Train and motivate crew members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage daily shift operations and handle customer inquiries or issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards according to health regulations
  • Support the restaurant management team in operational tasks
