Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one year restaurant experience preferred
- shift manager certified
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for positions requiring driving
- ability to work flexible hours
- strong interpersonal skills
- capacity to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision
Job Qualifications

- one year restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- shift manager certified
- food safety certification as per state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license for driving roles

- knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and great customer service while running a shift
- seek assistance from others and provide help as needed
- execute speed of service goals
- resolve guest complaints maintaining positive relations
- maintain a friendly and courteous environment
- ensure restaurant team appearance is clean and orderly
- deliver safe, quality products to guests
- act as role model by following appearance and uniform standards
- participate in goal-setting and commit to achieving restaurant goals
- assist team members in maintaining performance standards
- provide constructive feedback to the crew
- be accessible to hear concerns and escalate when necessary
- collaborate with team to solve problems and make decisions
- facilitate conflict resolution constructively
- communicate written and verbal reports to management
- ensure products are prepared according to standards
- oversee proper rotation, preparation, portioning, cooking, and holding times
- ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality
- respond to safety and security issues
- secure company assets with integrity
- manage labor within acceptable variances and labor laws
- manage food cost variances
- coordinate opening and closing procedures timely and safely
- assist in marketing programs and POS maintenance
- maintain team productivity through proper deployment
- facilitate team training when needed
- support business needs outside the restaurant
- maintain food safety and sanitation certification
- execute supervisor requests and run effective shifts
- be respectful and accessible to crew
- elevate concerns appropriately
