Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Supervise shift, including managing staff and handling customer inquiries
- Motivate and guide team members to deliver exceptional service
- Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience
- Maintain high food safety standards and monitor food preparation
- Handle cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records
- Keep track of inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation
- Prepare shift reports including sales, labor costs, and incident documentation
- Train new team members on policies, procedures, and service standards
- Resolve conflicts and handle unexpected situations to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentable restaurant environment
- Assist in promoting new menu items, deals, and specials to drive sales
