Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food safety certification preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Supervise shift, including managing staff and handling customer inquiries
  • Motivate and guide team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience
  • Maintain high food safety standards and monitor food preparation
  • Handle cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Keep track of inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation
  • Prepare shift reports including sales, labor costs, and incident documentation
  • Train new team members on policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Resolve conflicts and handle unexpected situations to maintain smooth operations
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentable restaurant environment
  • Assist in promoting new menu items, deals, and specials to drive sales
