Job Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
  • Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
  • Ability to perform motions including bending squatting twisting pulling reaching

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in leadership roles within restaurant or fast food environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to coach and develop team members
  • Familiarity with operational systems and restaurant controls
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial aspects such as P&L management and labor cost
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
  • Assist management with training and coaching team members
  • Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
  • Implement restaurant controls especially cash and inventory
  • Set and meet restaurant goals for service operations and financial results
  • Work with management to achieve high performance in guest satisfaction and speed of service
  • Follow all government regulations employment law food safety and accounting policies
