Job Requirements

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
Ability to perform motions including bending squatting twisting pulling reaching

Job Qualifications

Experience in leadership roles within restaurant or fast food environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to coach and develop team members
Familiarity with operational systems and restaurant controls
Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
Demonstrated ability to manage financial aspects such as P&L management and labor cost
Capability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Job Duties

Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
Assist management with training and coaching team members
Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
Implement restaurant controls especially cash and inventory
Set and meet restaurant goals for service operations and financial results
Work with management to achieve high performance in guest satisfaction and speed of service
Follow all government regulations employment law food safety and accounting policies
