Job Requirements
- Restaurant manager experience preferred
- Criminal background check and drug screen performed after job offer
- Must be able to work in a fast paced restaurant environment
- May be required to work with restaurant technology including cash registers and headsets
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
- Must be available to work night and weekend shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally able to work in the US
- Previous restaurant manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee daily shift operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Manage and train restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues during shifts
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Operate restaurant technology including cash registers and headsets
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock management
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and organization during shifts
