Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- ability to lift up to 50lbs
- ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, reach
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or shift management preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to coach and develop team members
- knowledge of cash handling and inventory management
- proficiency with restaurant management systems
- understanding of food safety standards
- ability to manage customer service in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
- assist management with training and coaching team members
- utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
- implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
- set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- work with General and Assistant Managers to improve restaurant operations
- maintain compliance with government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies
