Job Requirements

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
ability to stand for 8-10 hours
ability to lift up to 50lbs
ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, reach

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in restaurant or shift management preferred
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to coach and develop team members
knowledge of cash handling and inventory management
proficiency with restaurant management systems
understanding of food safety standards
ability to manage customer service in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
assist management with training and coaching team members
utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
work with General and Assistant Managers to improve restaurant operations
maintain compliance with government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies
