Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform physical motions including bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
- Experience managing P&L, food cost, and labor cost
- Proficiency with operational and management systems
Job Duties
- Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
- Assist management with training and coaching team members
- Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
- Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
- Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations, and financial results
- Work with management to achieve high performance in restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, workplace safety
- Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety, operations policies, and implement all accounting controls
