Job Duties
- lead shifts and ensure customers get fast, accurate, and friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- plan shift activities and monitor team performance
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- manage inventory and daily maintenance
- oversee quality food production and exceptional customer service
- monitor safety and security during shifts
- communicate effectively with incoming shift managers
- schedule and train crew members
