Job Requirements

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching motions

Job Qualifications

Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
Ability to coach and develop team members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think quickly
Commitment to high standards of customer service and integrity
Knowledge of P&L management
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
Ability to utilize restaurant operational systems and tools
Ability to manage food and labor costs effectively

Job Duties

Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
Assist management with training and coaching team members
Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
Work with General and Assistant Managers to achieve high performance in restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, workplace safety
Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
