Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching motions
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think quickly
- Commitment to high standards of customer service and integrity
- Knowledge of P&L management
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to utilize restaurant operational systems and tools
- Ability to manage food and labor costs effectively
Job Duties
- Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
- Assist management with training and coaching team members
- Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
- Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
- Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- Work with General and Assistant Managers to achieve high performance in restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, workplace safety
- Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
