Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
- direct daily operations in the General Manager’s absence
- convey Wingstop culture to fellow crew members
- assist General Manager in timely staffing
- ensure restaurant safety for team members and guests
- create a culture of respect, recognition, and reward
- maintain positive guest interactions
- greet guests promptly
- handle orders and inquiries professionally
- ensure product quality and quick service
- notify General Manager of guest issues
- resolve low level guest complaints
- control cash, property, product, and equipment
- build sales and control labor and food costs
- maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance issues
- use company tools to mentor and develop team
- ensure compliance with risk management standards
