Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations
  • direct daily operations in the General Manager’s absence
  • convey Wingstop culture to fellow crew members
  • assist General Manager in timely staffing
  • ensure restaurant safety for team members and guests
  • create a culture of respect, recognition, and reward
  • maintain positive guest interactions
  • greet guests promptly
  • handle orders and inquiries professionally
  • ensure product quality and quick service
  • notify General Manager of guest issues
  • resolve low level guest complaints
  • control cash, property, product, and equipment
  • build sales and control labor and food costs
  • maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance issues
  • use company tools to mentor and develop team
  • ensure compliance with risk management standards
