Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
Ability to lead a team effectively
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of health and safety guidelines
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to handle fast-paced work environments

Job Duties

Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Lead, train, and motivate crew members to achieve excellence in service
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards rigorously
Assist the General Manager in creating a positive and engaging workplace culture
Manage customer service interactions to resolve issues promptly and professionally
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
