Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Capacity to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to train and motivate team members
- Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution
- Commitment to upholding safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience preferably in quick service restaurants
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours

Job Duties
- Manage successful shifts by achieving sales and profit goals
- Promote guest satisfaction and handle restaurant operations
- Escalate concerns or recommendations to General Manager
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed during shifts
- Train team members on company operations, policies, procedures, and guest service
- Identify and respond promptly to complaints and policy violations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for employees and guests
