Job Requirements

  • ability to work a minimum of three days and at least 30 hours per week with flexibility for additional shifts
  • valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable automobile
  • willingness and ability to travel occasionally for training and meetings
  • access to a telephone at residence
  • physical strength and agility to perform job duties
  • ability to maintain composure under stress
  • previous restaurant management experience
  • sufficient mental capacity to complete calculations and reports
  • capability to perform duties of subordinate team members
  • effective communication with diverse individuals

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a shift manager or relevant restaurant management background
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of inventory and cash management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to enforce company policies and legal compliance
  • proficiency in scheduling and labor cost control
  • customer service expertise
  • physical ability to perform restaurant duties
  • basic math and computer skills for reporting
  • valid driver’s license
