Job Requirements
- ability to work a minimum of three days and at least 30 hours per week with flexibility for additional shifts
- valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable automobile
- willingness and ability to travel occasionally for training and meetings
- access to a telephone at residence
- physical strength and agility to perform job duties
- ability to maintain composure under stress
- previous restaurant management experience
- sufficient mental capacity to complete calculations and reports
- capability to perform duties of subordinate team members
- effective communication with diverse individuals
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a shift manager or relevant restaurant management background
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of inventory and cash management
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to enforce company policies and legal compliance
- proficiency in scheduling and labor cost control
- customer service expertise
- physical ability to perform restaurant duties
- basic math and computer skills for reporting
- valid driver’s license
