Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passion for customer service and team support
  • Ability to work flexible hours including standing for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Successful completion of background check

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is beneficial
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift items up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee crew schedules
  • Provide leadership and empowerment to crew and managers to ensure an outstanding guest experience
  • Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
  • Supervise and enforce food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Take proactive measures concerning safety, security, inventory, and profitability
  • Encourage and cultivate training, education, and continual learning within the team
  • Drive high performance and results from the team
  • Arrive on time and ensure all assigned tasks are completed
