Job Duties
- Lead and oversee crew schedules
- Provide leadership and empowerment to crew and managers to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
- Supervise and enforce food safety and cleanliness standards
- Take proactive measures concerning safety, security, inventory, and profitability
- Encourage and cultivate training, education, and continual learning within the team
- Drive high performance and results from the team
- Arrive on time and ensure all assigned tasks are completed
