Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly guest experiences
- provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- plan for each shift including scheduling and resource allocation
- monitor performance and take corrective actions to meet brand standards
- ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
- manage inventory and daily maintenance
- communicate shift details to the next Shift Manager
- ensure safety and security protocols are followed
- train and develop crew members
- meet operational and financial targets during shifts
