Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- Supervise crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
- Plan each shift and monitor performance to meet operational standards
- Manage food safety, internal communication, and inventory
- Oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Ensure exceptional customer service and safety protocols
- Schedule and train staff to meet department and shift goals
