Job Description

This job opportunity is at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding and food products. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's USA locations, this particular restaurant operates under separate management and ownership, making the franchisee the sole employer responsible for everyday employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not oversee the operations or employment decisions at this franchisee-operated establishment, nor does it receive applications or participate in the hiring process. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
  • provide leadership to crew and managers to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness
  • plan for shifts and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards
  • manage food safety procedures
  • communicate effectively with next shift managers for smooth transitions
  • supervise inventory management and daily maintenance
  • handle scheduling and training of crew members
