Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan for each shift and monitor performance
- ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with the next shift manager for smooth transitions
- manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, scheduling, training, and customer service
