Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching motions

- Strong leadership and team coaching skills

- Knowledge of P&L management
- Familiarity with food safety standards

- Ability to manage food cost and labor cost
- Basic proficiency in utilizing restaurant operational systems
Job Duties
- Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
- Assist management with training and coaching team members
- Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
- Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
- Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- Achieve high performance in restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control and workplace safety
- Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
