Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week making sure customers get fast accurate friendly experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure quality service and cleanliness
- plan shifts and monitor performance during shifts
- ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
- monitor safety security and profitability
- communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare them to run their shift
- manage food safety internal communication inventory management daily maintenance and cleanliness
- oversee managing crew quality food production exceptional customer service safety security scheduling training
