Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- plan, monitor, and take action to meet operational standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate shift details with next Shift Manager
- manage food safety and quality food production
- oversee internal communication and inventory management
- ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage crew scheduling and training
