Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Mobility including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
- Long periods of standing without a break
- Maintain valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- Exposure to high heat from grills and fryers and cooking oils
- Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Must be P.O.C. trained on all positions
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- One to three months’ related experience and/or training
- Proficient in P.O.C. techniques on all positions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and build cohesive teams
- Basic mathematical skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on limited standardization
- Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual preferred
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and provide superior customer service
- Conduct training for team members on various positions and operational procedures
- Maintain standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Handle scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling duties
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment
- Resolve customer complaints and respond to feedback effectively
