Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
- valid food safety certification
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- help build and lead high performing team of hourly team members
- assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, inventory
- participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
- support training and development of team members
