Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under the McDonald’s brand but is owned and operated by an independent franchisee rather than McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, trademarks, and food products, but functions as a completely separate business entity. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, supervision, disciplinary actions, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no control or involvement in these matters and does not participate in the hiring process or review employment applications. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Ability to manage and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Plan and monitor shift performance
- Ensure standards for quality, service, and cleanliness are met
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Communicate with next Shift Manager for seamless shift transition
- Manage inventory, food safety, and daily maintenance
- Train and coach crew members to meet company standards
