Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
  • knowledge of labor laws
  • understanding of health and safety regulations
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations on each shift
  • support and direct Front of House and Heart of House teams
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
  • manage staff scheduling and labor costs
  • maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues
  • promote a positive and team-focused workplace environment
