Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid ServSafe Certificate
  • Must have completed McDonald's Shift Leadership Class
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced team environment

  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Plan shifts effectively to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor performance during shifts to maintain McDonald's quality standards
  • Lead and manage crew members and other managers during shifts
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance procedures are followed
  • Manage inventory and supplies to meet demand
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer issues
  • Schedule and train staff to optimize team performance
